A very popular activity here at Bluestar Lakefront Cottage is Stand Up Paddle Boarding. We have 3 stand up paddle boards available onsite -1 Adult Inflatable SUP, 1 Adult Rigid SUP, and 1 Youth Rigid SUP.

Whether you are looking to teach your little ones to fish from the dock, or you would like to head out in our canoe to explore the lake with your gear, there is plenty of fishes in Gananoque Lake. Message us if you would like to bring your motorized boat to the cottage!

We have a 4 person canoe with 2 paddles onsite and ready for your use. Whether you are exploring the lake or near by Pine island or looking to head off fishing for the day the canoe is ready for you any time you need it!

Kayaking is a nice and relaxing way to explore the lake. We have 2 adult and 2 youth kayaks available onsite. Life jackets of all sizes are available in the toy shed.

Bluestar Lakefront Cottage has a cute little kids picnic area and sandbox ready for your child to play in with plenty of toys.

Gananoque Lake is a very safe lake for swimming. The best place to leap into the water is off the end of the dock (4 ft. deep). We have life jackets in sizes from infant to 3XL. Bring water shoes as there may be rocks that are sharp in the lake bed.

Not much of a paddler? If you prefer to let your legs do all the work, we have a pedal boat ready for people of all ages. The pedal boat holdes 4 people.

Did someone say s'mores? The lakeside firepit is a perfect gathering spot to enjoy a nice cozy fire, snacks and have a fireside sing-a-long with your friends and family.

If you are looking to have dinner by the water, there is a table and chairs set up right by the dock so that you can enjoy the tranquil views of the lake while you enjoy your dinner.
